Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Administrator to join their client's dynamic team in the North County of San Diego, California. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality customer service and support within the organization.
Base pay range $32.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service support to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
in both english and spanish
Oversee and manage the customer service operations, ensuring all processes align with company standards and policies.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain customer records, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Identify areas for improvement within the customer service processes and implement solutions.
Train and mentor junior customer service staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations.
Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend strategies for service enhancement.
Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
Proven experience in a senior customer service or administrative role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
Work Hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
