WATER/WASTEWATER OPERATOR 4

Qualifications Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience, including semiskilled & skilled work in major repair or heavy construction, or in water/wastewater infrastructure maintenance with some lead responsibility; or an equivalent combination of training & experience per Personnel Policies and Procedures, Section 128.
Possession of a valid Oklahoma Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within six months of hire; some positions may require a Class "D" Water/Wastewater Operator's License within 12 months. Heavy Haul Permit Training and 60 hours in Large Equipment must be completed within 15 months, if not already completed. Some positions may require Confined Space Entry Certification and/or Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) within six months of hire.
Work Schedule TUESDAY-FRIDAY 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location 5605 S. Garnett Road / Mainline East (IW)
