Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Operator role located at Superior Machine Products in Racine, WI.
Operating CMM, Mill and Lathe
Work with tight tolerances
Understand GD&T
Ability to do setups and run jobs based off engineering drawings
The role also includes interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machinery setup and maintenance
Experience in Machining and Milling processes
Strong Quality Control skills to ensure precision and compliance with specifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or coursework in machining preferred
Experience with CNC programming is a plus
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle machine tools safely
