Job Summary

Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Support legal assistants and paralegals with overflow tasks and deadlines
Coordinate conference room scheduling and maintain calendars
Assist attorneys with administrative tasks and document preparation
Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team setting
Qualifications
5 years of experience in a law firm or legal office preferred
Prior experience supporting attorneys in a busy environment is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Familiarity with iManage (preferred but not required)
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
