$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr Litigation Paralegal
We’re seeking a full‑time Litigation Paralegal to join our Dayton office. This on‑site role involves providing comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury cases. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, organizing case files, drafting pleadings and motions, and ensuring timely and accurate court filings. The Litigation Paralegal will also communicate with clients, legal teams, and court personnel to support efficient case management and workflow. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented and organized professional with litigation experience who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment. They are capable of working independently while also contributing effectively to a team. Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of legal procedures, and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism are essential. Qualifications
Minimum of one year of litigation experience required Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review Experience conducting legal research and gathering case‑relevant information Proficiency in drafting pleadings and motions Excellent organizational and time‑management skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Familiarity with court filing systems and legal procedures Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field required Paralegal certification preferred Seniority Level
