What You'll Do
Lead the daily operations of multiple oncology clinics and hospital-based infusion centers
Ensure top-tier patient care, safety, and service
Support and mentor talented administrative and clinical teams
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and team development
Collaborate with physicians and leadership to drive process and quality improvements
Promote a culture of excellence and continuous growth
You’ll report directly to the
Director of Clinical Services
and play a vital role in aligning patient care with organizational goals.
What You Bring
Registered Nurse (RN)
– required
Bachelor's degree
in healthcare management, business, or related field
3+ years
in healthcare (oncology experience strongly preferred)
2+ years
of leadership or managerial experience in a multi-physician setting
Familiarity with
EMR systems
and healthcare regulations
Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN)
preferred
Valid
Tennessee driver's license
