Low-Voltage Installation Technician
You Are
A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands‑on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.
You Have Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3 years between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.
Location Our Office: 4001 Felland Rd Madison, WI 53718 Projects are located in the surrounding area
Schedule Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!! Mon‑Fri from 7:30am‑4:00pm

Your Contribution to Artisan Pull/Terminate/Test Low‑Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron) Mount devices at the ends of those wires Build and lace equipment racks Setup and configuration of devices (Basic to Advanced) Understanding of networks (Basic to Advanced) Troubleshooting of devices (Basic to Advanced) Lesser skills/experience = lower side of the pay scale
Potential Backgrounds AV Installation (Resi & Commercial) Security Installation Low‑Voltage Cable Pulling Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install! Electrician (HV or LV)
Artisan's Contribution to You $25/hr to $40/hr – Yup! Company Van (that you can take home!) 401k w/ 3% Match Medical (50%), Vision, Dental (100%) PTO: 10‑25 Days (based on tenure) Paid Holidays: 8 Days Company credit card
