Building Maintenance Lead
to support facility operations in
Ontario, CA . This role is ideal for a hands‑on maintenance professional with
basic electrical knowledge , strong mechanical aptitude, and
leadership or supervisory experience .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily
building and facility maintenance
operations.
Perform basic
electrical troubleshooting and repairs
(e.g., replacing outlets, wall switches, light fixtures).
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment as needed.
Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, mechanical repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Use hand and power tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
Assist in supervising maintenance staff and coordinating daily work assignments.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Basic electrical background required , including the ability to replace outlets and wall switches.
Knowledge of
troubleshooting electrical equipment .
Strong
mechanical aptitude
(hands‑on experience such as oil changes, tool usage, or similar tasks).
Supervisory or lead experience
required.
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
