Responsibilities
Supervise daily receipt, inspection, inventory, storage, and processing of Class IX repair parts.
Oversee mass turn‑in operations from supported U.S. Army units with timely documentation.
Ensure compliance with Army supply regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2‑1, AR 750-1) and hazardous material storage standards.
Enforce serviceability coding, packaging, and disposal of unserviceable or excess parts.
Lead, train, and evaluate supply clerks, material handlers, and warehouse staff.
Assign work priorities, monitor productivity, and enforce safety and accountability standards.
Verify correctness of turn‑in documentation (DA Form 1348‑1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and inventory adjustments).
Enter and reconcile data in GCSS‑Army, DPAS, or LMP.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply status reports and support government audits.
Maintain audit‑ready records in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.
Coordinate with supported units, Site Manager, Logistics Analysts, and COR for high‑volume turn‑in operations.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements; contribute to site SOPs for Class IX warehousing and turn‑in functions.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred; equivalent Army logistics experience acceptable.
5+ years of supply and warehousing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in Class IX repair parts management and turn‑in operations strongly preferred.
Knowledge of AR 710‑2, AR 735‑5, DA PAM 710‑2‑1 and Army logistics systems (GCSS‑Army, DPAS, LMP).
Proficiency in serviceability coding, shelf‑life management, and HAZMAT handling standards.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem‑solving skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, communication, and audit management abilities.
Valid Texas driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
Must be able to travel within the U.S. when needed.
Real ID required.
