Base pay range $42,500.00/yr – $45,000.00/yr

What You'll Do Account & Client Management
Responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance of assigned accounts (billing issues, budget revisions, flowchart updating, competitive analysis, post‑buy analysis, etc.) and maintain detailed records.
Produce work that delivers on client goals and gains industry recognition for its creativity and results, constantly seeking creative opportunities in media choice and usage.
Work closely with the Media Planner in developing and directing media strategies and POVs, conducting research, evaluating data, and developing points of view.
Understand client business – market share, priorities, key competitor strategies, etc.
Communicate effectively with Media Supervisor and Media Planners, keeping them abreast of status and flagging concerns.
Vendor & Media Evaluation
Evaluate publications, websites, broadcast, outdoor locations, etc., for relevance to client strategic goals.
Assess inventory against audience segments for media vehicles (display, video, mobile, paid social, native). Determine effective reach.
Study demographic data/consumer profiles to identify target audiences for online advertising.
Stay abreast of key media trends and developments.
Maintain effective relationships with media vendors, ensuring a positive representation of Noble People.
Campaign Execution & Maintenance
Assist the Media Planner to ensure proper progression of media buys, including timely authorizations, paperwork delivery, creative specs, and asset delivery.
Prepare insertion orders and place advertising with media vehicles.
Perform campaign analysis using external data to assist in optimizations, planning, and buying decisions.
Implement, traffic, troubleshoot, and analyze digital campaigns using a third‑party ad server.
Monitor media for pacing, delivery, placement, and flight‑date discrepancies, negotiating credit or billing adjustments when necessary.

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple projects, clients, and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in spreadsheets/Excel.
Demonstrated creative, strategic, and analytical thinking that earns trust and respect.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
Strong math, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Understanding of consumer insights and ability to apply them effectively.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Some travel and occasional after‑hours work required.
