As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Cross Sell and Up-Sell Various Insurance Products.
QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE A TEXAS GENERAL LINES PROPERTY AND CASUALTY LICENSE AND A TEXAS GENERAL LINES LIFE AND HEALTH LICENSE.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Previous Insurance Industry Customer Service experience preferred.
