Position Summary
Under the direction of the Area Supervisor, organize, maintain, coordinate and manage the department's safety program, suggestion program, training compliance, and documentation support. Support Manufacturing Supervisors by purchasing and organizing business unit supplies, printing and posting production reports, conducting investigations and writing the initial report for non‑conformances and product complaint responses. Electronic batch record audit and POV response. May coordinate and present training to personnel as needed.
Ability to work non‑standard schedule as needed.
Responsibilities
Organize, maintain, coordinate and manage the department's safety program, suggestion program, training compliance and documentation support.
Support Manufacturing Supervisors by purchasing and organizing business unit supplies, printing and posting production reports, conducting investigations and writing the initial report for non‑conformances and product complaint responses.
Perform electronic batch record audit and POV response.

Work non‑standard schedule as needed.

Assignments are routine and repetitive in nature, performed within narrowly defined parameters, following established procedures and guidelines.
Works under general supervision and may periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning & checking the work of other peers.
May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.
Expertise: Qualifications Required:
High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required; Associate's or technical degree preferred.
02–04 years related experience required.

The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Moderate work: Exerting up to 40 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs of force frequently, and/or 10 lbs force constantly to move objects.
Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and reaching: Frequently – Reaching upward and downward, push/pull, stand, sit, visual acuity with or without corrective lenses.
Activities: Frequently – Handling, push/pull, reaching upward and downward, seeing (depth perception, color vision, field of vision/peripheral), sitting, standing, talking (ordinary, loud/quick), walking.
Environmental Conditions: Frequently – Proximity to moving parts.
Noise intensity: Moderate; Occasionally – Office environment; Frequently – Production/manufacturing environment.
$26.00–28.41 per hour
