IronWatch Security is looking for a Field Supervisor who is responsible for supporting field operations by ensuring coverage during vacancies, conducting site visits, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in quality control, officer performance, and client satisfaction across designated regions. Key Responsibilities:
Coverage Support:
Assist in filling posts during vacancies. Stand post until coverage is secured.
Site Visits & Compliance Checks:
Perform regular site visits to ensure operational standards. Conduct uniform inspections and enforce dress code compliance. Administer knowledge tests to officers, verifying understanding of post orders and ERP (Emergency Response Plans).
Performance Monitoring:
Ensure officers are awake, alert, and performing assigned duties correctly.
Regional Oversight:
Focus primarily on Central and North regions for operational support.
Other Duties:
Complete additional tasks as outlined by management to support field operations.
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience in security or related field preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work flexible schedules (AM & PM shifts). Knowledge of post orders and emergency response protocols. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Key Competencies:
