Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Patricia Aleman – State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
Bilingual – Spanish preferred
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
