Responsibilities
Diagnose and solve real problems – leaks, locks, lights, heat, the classics.
Keep buildings sharp, safe, and running right.
Work directly with residents – be the one who gets it done.
Partner with teammates and trusted vendors.
Rotate on‑call to respond fast – and earn extra when you do.
Qualifications
A solid work ethic – show up, own your day, finish what you start.
General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.
Pride in craftsmanship.
