Job Overview AutoZone’s store teams provide WOW! customer service, ensuring customers find the right parts and solutions. As a Delivery Driver, you will use company-provided vehicles to safely deliver automotive parts to commercial customers, helping support store operations and fostering a positive retail environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers, and load/unload parts per route schedules.
Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
Adhere to PPE and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment.
Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
Stay updated on promotions and products through AutoZone systems; maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years.
Valid driver’s license and adherence to AutoZone driver safety requirements.
Basic automotive parts knowledge.
Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
Bonus Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Experience in automotive retail.
Valid Hazmat endorsement preferred.
