Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Accurately document and enter shipment information into inventory systems
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with general warehouse floor duties as needed, including material handling and staging
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments
Report damaged or missing materials to supervisors
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience required
Forklift certification required
Ability and willingness to work on the warehouse floor as needed
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
Ability to read packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping documents
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Work Environment
Warehouse/industrial setting
May require standing, bending, lifting, and working around machinery
