Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team in Minooka, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
Run shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store
Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing marketing initiatives
Participate in employee training and development programs
Enforce food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior experience in pizza delivery or food service is a plus
