Domino's Pizza in Minooka, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the store's daily operations
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and listening
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order-taking and food preparation
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Food handling experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
Must be at least {AGE} years of age with reliable transportation to and from work
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
