Your New Role In this dynamic dual-role, you’ll be the backbone and frontline hero of our customer service department. Here’s what you’ll be doing as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Process incoming leads: Process calls that require scheduling for service and collaborate on handling leads from various sources quickly and accurately.

Facilitate communication: Keep the communication flowing smoothly between the CSR and other teams, updating everyone using the appropriate channels (i.e. email, chat, phone).

Maintain accurate records: Keep all customer records up-to-date and easily accessible.

Coordinate efforts: Assist in streamlining service requests, routing jobs accurately, acting as a liaison between CSR and other departments. Handle inbound calls: From both existing and prospective customers with grace and efficiency.

Make outbound calls: To our valued customers—no cold calling!

Manage email communications: Both internal and external (inbound and outbound), like a pro.

Other duties as may be assigned.

You have 1–2 years of relevant experience.

You’re experienced in customer service and task routing.

You’re proficient with MS Office, PC, and Outlook. Knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.

Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Experience in routing tasks and assignments efficiently.

Availability to work rotating Saturdays is required.

Experience in the Water Treatment and Purification industry is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office, PC, and Outlook.

Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Must be ethical, reliable, well-organized, coachable, disciplined, outgoing, and passionate about health.

Must remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
