What You’ll Do
Handle 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily to assist members with ride ETAs and scheduling.
Verify eligibility and coordinate non‑emergent transportation services.
Enter and maintain accurate data in transportation management systems.
Provide empathetic, professional support to a diverse customer base.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of call‑center experience (any industry).
Ability to manage high‑volume calls and multitask effectively.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and adaptability skills.
Dedicated workspace and hardwired internet connection (30 Mbps minimum)—no hotspots.
Availability to work in Central Time Zone and attend mandatory training.
Must not be in a caretaking role during work hours.

Training is in‑office at Phoenix location (free parking available).
