Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Complete AAON’s Production Leader Program.
Lead a team of workers, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
Collaborate with management to ensure production targets are met.
Allocate resources—including labor, equipment, and materials—to support the production plan.
Monitor and enforce quality control processes to achieve product standards.
Investigate and address production and quality-related issues as they arise.
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
Conduct safety training and audits, providing recommendations for improvement.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved efficiency.
Implement changes and oversee process improvements to enhance productivity.
Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Coordinate with inventory control teams to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Generate regular performance reports, including productivity, quality and efficiency metrics.
Provide regular updates to management on production status and challenges.
