Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks as well as overseeing production in their area, supervising up to 10 employees. Responsibilities
Creating preventive maintenance procedures and checklists Managing the work order process effectively Handling emergencies Creating troubleshooting guidelines Developing a maintenance strategy to support production operations and the organization Scheduling proactive maintenance tasks Prioritizing work across the team Performing inspections and oversight of maintenance work to ensure quality Hiring and training maintenance staff Coordinating more complex maintenance work Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation of parts and inventory Managing subcontractors and other vendors for specialized maintenance work Ensuring the availability of necessary tools and equipment Looking for new ways to improve productivity and cut costs Supporting the development of company policies and standard operating procedures Additional Information
