About the Role
The Inn Touch Hospitality Service Assistant provides a welcoming and supportive environment for patients, families, students, and travelers utilizing Inn Touch services. The Hospitality Services Assistant is responsible for room registration, guest support, and all aspects of housekeeping including public areas of Inn Touch and guest rooms to ensure safety, comfort, and regulatory compliance in a hospital-adjacent setting. The Hospitality Services Assistant will act as the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare support or housekeeping, preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Responsibilities
Manage guest check-in and check-out, room assignments, reservations, and payment processing in accordance with policy.
Accurately perform daily data entry, update Excel logs, and reconcile the daily cash box.
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to infection control and hospital standards.
Assisting guests with inquiries and requests, providing local information and recommendations.
Follow all hospital protocols related to Infection Control, Safety, Hazardous Waste, and Emergency Response.
