Assistant – Minor League Equipment and Clubhouse Operations
As part of Player Development, the Assistant – Minor League Equipment and Clubhouse Operations will provide essential support to the Minor League Equipment Department and assist with day-to-day equipment management and clubhouse operations support. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient support for players and staff throughout the season.
Core Responsibilities
Provide equipment room and clubhouse assistance to Minor League players and staff, as directed by supervisor.
Assist with documents and deliveries of all incoming and outgoing packages and mail for the entire Milwaukee Brewers Spring Training complex.
Maintain general upkeep of the equipment room and clubhouse, including taking uniforms for repair to team seamstress.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in clubhouse management.
Ability to multitask and be organized and detail oriented.
Spanish speaking preferred.
