Job Description
As part of Technology Operations, the Minor League Data Tracking Operator will work out of the Phoenix, AZ training complex to help ensure high-quality data collection and assist with operating numerous technologies for the Brewers Complex and Player Development needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with on‑field data and video collection and operate baseball technologies such as Trackman, Blast, HitTrax, Edgertronic, and Trajekt during Spring Training, Extended Spring Training, Arizona Complex League season, and potentially Instructional league.
Ensure accurate, high‑quality data collection and output for practices, games and workouts using KinaTrax.
Collaborate with Technology Operations Leadership to review, edit, and catalogue amateur and international scouting video for priority players.
Qualifications
One to two years of experience in collegiate or professional athletics.
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred: experience with baseball technology and familiarity with baseball technologies.
