Responsibilities

Develop the weekly/monthly flying and maintenance schedule, and manage Production Aircraft Inspection Requirements (PAIRS), Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTD), and O-Level Modification (MOD) activities.

Correct or assist in correcting Aircraft Configuration Management (CM), Electronic Equipment Log (EEL), and Build of Materials (BOM) issues within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Draft, submit, and monitor Action Requests (AR) related to CM, EEL, and BOM issues.

Review CMMS entries for completeness and work with the on-shift Aircraft Manager and Supervisor to resolve data entry errors.

Maintain the Beacon Management System and complete other duties as assigned by the on-shift Aircraft Manager and Supervisor.

Provide On-The Job Training (OJT) to newly hired Interim Contractor Support (ICS) team members. Analyze and evaluate study data, maintain records, reports, and historical data. Ensure Good Housekeeping and Safety practices are enforced.

Work first, second, or third shifts depending on customer needs.

Physical Requirements Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have at minimum an Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance throughout the contract period.

Position located at a facility requiring special access.

Desired Skills

F-35 or fifth-generation aircraft maintenance experience.

Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) experience.

Understanding of daily flight operations maintenance practices.

Knowledge of maintenance controller operations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with Field Service Representatives and Maintenance Managers on schedules, aircraft status, and issues.

Effective communication skills for coordination at all levels throughout Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics Support Managers.

Ability to lead a diverse workforce.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Ability to develop and present formal briefings and presentations.

Ability to develop necessary operations plans, maintenance plans, and procedures.

Ability to develop work schedules and assign tasks.
