Job Description

Job Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
General Job Duties for All Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and produce correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
Make correct monetary change.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise movements quickly.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, high temperatures in ovens (up to 500°F), moving mechanical parts, and sharp edges.

Qualifications Sensing
Talking and hearing on telephone.
Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments Ability to direct activities, work repetitively alone or with others, manage stress, meet strict quality standards, analyze data, and make judgments.
Physical Requirements Standing: All tasks performed from a standing position.
Walking: Short distances and periods on ceramic tile or linoleum.
Sitting: Minimal; paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting: Bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of boxes to shelves up to 72”.
Carrying: Large cans (~3 lb), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb each).
Pushing: Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 lb of force; occasional pulling.
Climbing: Infrequent stairs or ladders for maintenance.
Stooping/Bending: Forward bending for assembly, stocking, and front counter tasks.
Crouching/Squatting: Occasional, for stocking and cleaning low areas.
Reaching: Continuous upward, downward, and forward reaching; occasional above 72”.
Hand Tasks: Continuous use of hands for dough handling, pizza peel manipulation, and box assembly.
Machines/Toys/Equipment: Use of pens, computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
