About the Job

Job Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Job Requirements
Must be 16 years of age or older.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen јер.
Work Conditions Employees may work under varying weather conditions while removing trash, experience temperature variations from about 36°F to 90°F+, and may be exposed to fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F,billing sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Standing for most of the shift.
Walking short distances for short durations.
Sitting to complete paperwork at a desk or table.
Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, unloaded with a hand truck.
Cases may weigh up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3’ × 1.5’.
Cases typically stacked up to 72” high.
Carrying:
Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) from the workstation to storage shelves.
Occasionally pizza sauce weighing 30 lb carried from storage to the front of the store.
Trays of dough carried three at a time over short distances, each￣亚洲≈12 lb.
Pushing:
Moving trays on dollies.
A stack of trays on a dolly up to 24″–30″ may require a force of up to
