Space Composite Assembler I – 2nd Shift
Eaton's IS AER MSD division is seeking a Space Composite Assembler I – 2nd Shift. The hours for this role are 3 pm–12:30 am. The hourly rate is $23 per hour.

Responsibilities
Assembly of aspirators
Boro scoping
Pre/post proofing
Stenciling of space product
Clean room certification
Ensuring that Environmental, Health, and Safety are included as part of everyday activities
Complying with all work and process instructions
Participating in 5S cell efforts and continuous improvement
Identifying improvement opportunities
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each task associated with the job
Working safely and reporting all near misses, illnesses, and injuries following established procedures
Completing and maintaining training to meet required certified elements in position
Properly managing traceability of components to ensure accuracy
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience OR 1 year of military experience
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred:
HS Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Technology
Assembly or Test experience in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Cellular Manufacturing, One Piece Flow, and Continuous Improvement concepts
Experience with industrial machinery equipment and tools such as lathes, curing ovens, thermal/life cycling machines, sanding, industrial painting tools, and standard hand tools
