Impact you will make
Create technical strategy initiatives and provide communication delivery to line of business
Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions
Drive local improvement initiatives, project planning, and sustainability initiatives
Review, assess, and write URS and investment applications for future growth
Collaborate with multiple Novonesis sites
Qualifications
Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or similar discipline relevant to utilities systems
3+ years’ experience in utilities equipment technology
Experience as a project manager with multiple team members that have a large impact on the business
Prefer candidates with established network in utilities and knowledge of Novonesis and external systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess expert-level leadership, coaching, and networking skills
Demonstrate a strong commitment to drive projects in a complex organizational setup
Location:
Franklinton, North Carolina (On-site)

Expected pay range:
$115,000-$140,000
