The specialist is a resource for the Global Technology Group, sharing better practices, challenging and developing plans for local or regional implementation.**In this role you'll make an impact by:*** Create technical strategy initiatives and provide communication delivery to line of business* Identifying process bottlenecks and proposing solutions* Drive local improvement initiatives, project planning, and sustainability initiatives* Reviewing, assessing, and writing URS and investment applications for future growth* Collaboration with multiple Novonesis sites**To succeed you must:*** Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or similar discipline relevant to Utilities systems* 3+ years' experience in utilities equipment technology* Experience as a project manager with multiple team members that have a large impact to the business* Prefer candidates with established network in utilities and knowledge of Novonesis and external systems.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Possess expert-level leadership, coaching, and networking skills* Demonstrate a strong commitment to drive projects in a complex organizational setup**Location:** Franklinton, North Carolina (On-site)**Application deadline:** January 16, 2026**Expected pay range:** $115,000-$140,000**Benefits you will enjoy:*** 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution* Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time* Health, Dental, Vision & Life insurance* Healthcare savings account option with generous employer contribution* Employee assistance program* Parental leave* Tuition reimbursement* All benefits begin on your first day**Then apply today!**At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
