Sofidel a leading global manufacturer of tissue paper for hygienic and domestic use is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team in the Las Vegas, NV office. This is an entry level role that will provide support in various HR functions.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support for full-cycle recruiting for the local manufacturing facility.

Assist in phone screening and onboarding qualified candidates for open positions.

Collaborate with temp agencies and technical colleges to participate in career/job fairs and recruitment events.

Assist in coordinating schedules and contacting employees for orientation and onboarding programs.

Follow-up with applicants to ensure ready for hire and orientation.

General HR and administrative duties.

Front Desk duties & support to set up quarterly employee events.

Train to be able to execute on SAP tasks

Managing uniform orders & distribution and other vendor payments

Support in maintaining employee personnel documents benefit records and required legal documents.

Job Requirements:

Regular & reliable onsite attendance is an essential function of this role.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field is preferred. This is a full time role but a new graduate will be considered.

Must be able to maintain department confidentiality and handle sensitive information or documents.

Previous experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred.

Familiarity with HRIS ATS sourcing and recruitment tools is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills required.

Ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships.
