Overview
We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You will be responsible for Front Desk Reception Duties as well as auditing our Pending Sales for Compliance with company and state requirements. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks is key to success in this position. This is a support role to our real estate agents and our management team, including the maintenance of our databases and coordination with attorneys and lenders. Responsibilities
Front desk reception duties – meet and greet any walk‑in clients, route calls to appropriate personnel
Monitor the online transaction platform for any new or updated sales
Coordinate all documents and contact information for sales from real estate agents
Audit all new sales for company and state compliance, and follow up on any outstanding information or documentation
Maintain a database for all sales data and inform team members as needed
Qualifications
Display excellent written, problem‑solving, and verbal communication skills
Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
Ability to work Monday – Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
Compensation Compensation:
$40,000 per year – negotiable
