Delta Hotel by Marriott Orlando/Lake Buena Vista area is seeking an experienced part‑time Night Auditor for their busy hotel. Competitive pay is based on experience. Must have open availability for the overnight shift (11 pm to 7 am) and possible day or evening shifts, including holidays and weekends. Company benefits include 401k, employee discounts, and more.
Essential Job Functions
Assists all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, going the extra mile for guest satisfaction.
Registers and processes guests promptly upon arrival and departure.
Verifies that all charges to guest accounts made during the day are correct, posts room charges so all guest accounts are current by 6 am the following morning or by the Brand Standard’s designated time.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of all hotel services and facilities as well as the local area, and effectively assists guests.
Completes all credit card transmittals, direct bills, and no‑show billings for the day.
Prepares all daily, monthly, and yearly reports required by the property.
Uses sales techniques to effectively sell the property, maximizing occupancy and average rate.
Receives and processes telephone and walk‑in reservations accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Operates the telephone system professionally according to Auro Hotels and Brand standards.
Understands and applies all hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for associates and guests.
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Responsible for check‑in, checkout, selling skills, computer operation, telephones, and tasks at the front desk.
Part‑time hours available (up to 30 hours per week, 2–3 shifts each week).
Must be available during the overnight shift (11 pm to 7 am).
