About The Job The Festival Finance Assistant (FFA)’s primary responsibilities are to support the day‑to‑day activities of the financial and administrative functions of the center during a vibrant summer season of dance, theater, opera, and music. The FFA will report to the Director of Finance and Administration (F&A), support the Finance and Administration Associate, and work closely with the Company Management team.
Experience in a financial or administrative support position in a college or performing arts center preferred. Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience desired. Interest or background in the performing arts is highly encouraged, with an undergraduate or equivalent experience in arts administration preferred, but not required.
