Job Description A global financial company is seeking a Junior Banker Assistant responsible for providing extensive administrative support to 25+ Junior Bankers at Analyst, Associate, and Junior VP levels. This role works within a team of assistants supporting bankers within an industry group team.
The Junior Assistant will receive full training along with ongoing support from a Team Supervisor. This role is suited for candidates with a customer service or administrative background and experience handling high-volume workloads. The position is demanding and requires a proactive, independent, process-driven individual. Experience working in a remotely managed environment is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails accurately and timely
Calendar management for bankers (Associate level and above)
Coordinate room bookings for internal and external meetings and video conferences
Arrange travel including visas, international flights, accommodations, and car bookings
Process expenses and manage expense submissions in a timely manner
Process invoices
Handle ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
Support teams with daily issues, needs, and queries
Provide phone and holiday coverage for colleagues
Skills
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Ability to manage competing, priorities
Strong attention to detail with multi-tasking ability
Professional communication skills in person, by phone, Zoom, and email
Comfortable working with all organizational levels
Team player able to work under pressure
Flexible and adaptable across multiple teams
Resourceful with strong initiative
