Install rooftop equipment attachments per specs without compromising roof integrity.

Perform preventative maintenance: clear drains, check fasteners/flashing, replace worn components.

Apply waterproofing and reflective coatings; fabricate and fit flashings and counterflashings.

Maintain work documentation, material estimates, and CMMS (e.g., Maximo) records.

Perform general carpentry tasks (doors, trim, siding, decking, interior/exterior wood repairs) when not engaged in roofing.

Follow fall protection, PPE, and all USAFA safety and site procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of commercial roofing experience across multiple systems.

Proficient with roofing and carpentry hand and power tools; ability to read basic blueprints and manufacturer specs.

Proficiency in structural framing, finish carpentry, and use of carpentry tools.

OSHA 10/30, fall protection/harness certification preferred.

Manufacturer membrane installer certification or certified roofing credentials preferred.

Documented carpentry experience; CMMS (Maximo) experience preferred.

Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
