Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal panels, tile, and membranes;
Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installation;
Apply waterproofing compounds and install insulation or vapor barriers;
Work on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings under varying weather conditions and roof slopes;
Perform maintenance or repairs on existing roofs as needed.
Requirements
2 years of experience as a roofer.
Special Requirements
Valid Driver's License with good standing.
Salary $70,096 per year.
Location Langhorne, PA and other locations in the Philadelphia Metro Area (Full‑Time Position)
