Location:
Alachua, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | Hourly
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
What You’ll Do:
Perform welding tasks to assemble subassemblies and drilling rigs.
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and checklists to ensure top-quality results.
Use hand and power tools to support assembly based on BOM and manufacturing systems.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Assembly, Quality, Engineering, and more.
What You Bring:
At least
1 year of experience
in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Welding certification
and a strong mechanical background.
Familiarity with hand tools and welding equipment.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime or shifts as needed.
Authorization to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship

Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment
