Key Responsibilities

Rotate through departments to immerse in the business from a leadership viewpoint.

Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.

Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.

Participate in professional development programs, including Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Skills & Qualifications

Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Requirements

Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs: active driver’s license, minimum 21 years of age, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.

Preferred

Co‑op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.

Major in business or related academic field.

Leadership or management role on campus or extracurricular activities.

Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
