Provides training for Outlook and Microsoft Office, maintains attendance records, and manages Kronos for payroll and scheduling. Keeps nursing unit supplies in stock and upholds patient confidentiality. Organizes data in Excel or PowerPoint, assists managers with office tasks, coordinates education and travel, and supports Professional Governance councils.
Responsibilities
Supports the mission, vision, and values of Munson Healthcare while promoting safety and effective customer service.
Provides training for Outlook and Microsoft Office, maintains attendance records, and manages Kronos for payroll and scheduling.
Keeps nursing unit supplies in stock and upholds patient confidentiality.
Organizes data in Excel or PowerPoint, assists managers with office tasks, coordinates education and travel, and supports Professional Governance councils.
Qualifications
High School graduate required with a minimum of three (3) years secretarial and/or office experience or comparable formal education.
At least one-year hospital experience desired.
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
