Remote Paralegal

Base Pay Range:
$35.00/yr - $45.00/yr
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in securities‑related matters, including FINRA arbitration and state and federal court litigation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, file, and manage FINRA arbitration pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Organize and manage document productions, including preparation of exhibits and hearing materials
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and discovery in state and federal courts
Manage e‑filing across multiple jurisdictions and monitor court and arbitration deadlines
Assist with deposition preparation, trial binders, and exhibits
Coordinate service of process and manage subpoenas
Draft profit and loss statements for investments, including researching company status using publicly available sources and secondary market information
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
FINRA arbitration experience preferred
Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e‑filing systems
Excellent organizational, drafting, and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines effectively
Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Skills
Experience in securities or financial services litigation
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with legal teams
