As a Geek Squad Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge, and solutions for computers and other devices at our local Best Buy store. We’ll provide the training and resources you need to assess customers’ needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents as needed on more complex repairs. What You’ll Do
Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, and taking detailed notes to provide accurate time estimates for next steps Help customers set up new devices and advise on whether to repair or replace old devices Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents Basic Qualifications
3 months of experience working in retail or customer service Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends Preferred Qualifications
