Join us as the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support at our local Best Buy store. You’ll receive the training and resources needed to assess customers’ needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with fellow agents on more complex repairs.

Base pay range $15.00/hr – $21.45/hr

What You’ll Do

Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check‑in and checkout process.

Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking detailed notes, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.

Help customers set up new devices and advise on whether to repair or replace old ones.

Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.

Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses.

Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.

Basic Qualifications

3 months of experience in retail or customer service.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.

Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast‑paced industry.
