Electrical Controls Assembler I Location:

Knightdale, NC 27545. Pay Rate:

$19–$20/hr. Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:45 PM. Employment Type:

Right to Hire.

Overview Support production by assembling electrical controls and wiring to specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Work under the guidance of an electrical supervisor and contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Read and follow assembly documentation, wire tables, and line diagrams.

Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wiring between components.

Perform tug testing, continuity checks, and visual inspections.

Verify correct materials and current documentation before assembly.

Rework issues as directed by the lead or supervisor.

Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Follow all safety procedures and ISO9001 quality standards.

Complete required documentation, including time and material usage.

Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Collaborate effectively with team members.

Physical & Work Requirements

Lift 35 lbs regularly and team lift up to 70 lbs.

Work up to 10-hour shifts and weekends as needed.

Stand or sit for extended periods.

Work on ladders up to 10 feet and lifts with harness.

Maintain reliable transportation.

Pass background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

Ability to read and understand work instructions, manuals, and diagrams.

Ability to learn or perform wire termination and routing processes.

High attention to detail with clean and neat workmanship.

Ability to complete required training without interruption unless approved.
