Job Summary- 2 nd shift!
We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support scrap and material movement within a manufacturing facility. This role requires experience operating industrial forklifts, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport, load, unload, and stage scrap materials throughout the facility
Move materials to designated scrap, recycling, or disposal areas
Inspect materials for damage or irregularities and report issues promptly
Perform routine forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
Maintain accurate activity logs and inventory records as required
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures
Support production flow and plant productivity as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience operating forklifts or similar industrial equipment
Strong understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods as required
Prior scrap, recycling, or manufacturing experience preferred
