$22 per hour

Job Scope
Clean and maintain stone floors (stripping, waxing, polishing)
Operate low- and high-speed floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
Address specific needs for various stone surfaces (e.g., marble, granite, terrazzo)
Assist with facility maintenance and minor repairs
Requirements
3+ years of experience in janitorial/maintenance, specializing in floor care
3+ years operating floor cleaning machines (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers)
Expertise in stone floor care (stripping, waxing, polishing)
