Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will keep the hotel in top working order, overseeing preventive maintenance, handling cosmetic repairs, and resolving light to moderate plumbing and electrical issues. You will coordinate with the Chief Engineer to maintain compliance with all certificates, licenses, permits, and inspections.

Friendly team player
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional lifts over 50 lbs
Flexible availability for emergencies
Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
Strong self‑management of ongoing projects
