Responsibilities
Operation, loading, unloading material and parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting bend angles, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
Study drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
Ensure production rates are met or exceeded.
Detect equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjust machine within capabilities; report all machine malfunctions to Management.
Communicate with Management, production control, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly; perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
Suggest and implement improvements.
Uphold Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies.
Uphold ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco’s quality procedures / processes.
